Lifestyle Management

Sometimes the first step to treating spine pain is focusing on overall lifestyle improvement. This may include nutrition, activity, exploration, socialization, introspection and more.

Meet The Doctor

Dr. Mike Martinez is a Fort Worth pain specialist dedicated to enhancing his patient’s quality of life.

Dr. Martinez is one of very few doctors in Texas who’s a double board-certified Interventional Spine Pain Specialist and Anesthesiologist certified through the American Board of Anesthesiology and National Board of Physicians and Surgeons. He got his degree in Fort Worth at the TCOM/UNT Health Science Center, where he decided to stay and serve his community.

Dr. Martinez considers himself a true Texan and loves spending time outside of the office with his family, his friends, and his dogs, often in his old pickup truck and new cowboy boots.
